Please join us at the Tiber Island for a Meditation during the harmony times of the Solstice and Equinox.

Following a recent activation of this sacred land site, we will connect deeply into this powerful centre that holds the sacred energy for the Heart of Rome. The meditation will be conducted during the ‘harmony’ time, a day before the exact Solstice or Equinox when all the earth energy lines are in alignment.

The process lasts approx. 2 hours. We commence with an open-hearted sharing where we connect to the themes present, followed by the meditation (usually lasting around an hour) and then a debrief where we will weave the threads together.

Feel free to bring an offering if you feel called to do so. Please bring a chair or mat to sit on.
